In the year 1933 Ing. Štefan Starek founded a family business focusing on the transport of goods. The first customers were local companies such as Panasonic Industrial Devices Slovakia s.r.o., HYDAC Electronic, s.r.o.a ZTS – LKT Trstená, a.s. Our first shipments were delivered only by three trucks of the AVIA brand. The growing demand for comprehensive logistics and transport services has resulted in the need to update the company portfolio. The Company Ing. Stefan Starek was able to flexibly adapt to the market by extending to further logistic services.

Under the visionary supervision of Ing. Štefan Starek the company was able to undergo a complex transformation, and in the year 2013 was able to enter the international market as STAREK Transport Ltd, and is currently one of the largest transport companies in the ORAVA region, currently employing almost 100 employees.
